3. Your Account
To use Reelup.AI, you must have a valid Google or email account, keep your account info accurate and up to date, and protect your login details. You're in charge of everything that happens under your account, so keep it safe! Let us know if someone hacks into your account.
4. Payments and Subscriptions
Here's how our subscriptions work: You'll be billed monthly or yearly, depending on your plan. You can cancel anytime, but we don't give refunds for the current billing period. Once you use credits to generate AI content, those credits are gone—no refunds, even if you're not happy with the results. If something goes wrong with video creation, we'll give you extra credits, not money back.
5. Connecting to Other Platforms
When you link Reelup.AI to YouTube, TikTok, or other platforms, you're giving us permission to upload and manage content for you. You're still responsible for following the rules of those platforms. You own everything you create—we're just here to help. You can disconnect your accounts anytime through their settings.
6. Changes to the Service
We might update, change, or even remove features without warning. We'll do our best to listen to your feedback, but we can't promise everything will stay the same forever.
7. Your Data
Here's how we handle your information: We store basic details like your name, email, and user ID, along with the content you create. We don't keep sensitive or confidential info. If you want to delete your account, email us at [email protected]. We don't back up your data, so make sure to save your work elsewhere if it's important.
8. How You Can Use Reelup.AI
You're free to use the platform as much as you want (no daily limits!), share your account (but you're responsible for what happens with it), and use Reelup.AI for business or personal projects, as long as you follow these Terms.
9. If Something Goes Wrong
Sometimes things break or the platform goes down. If that happens, we might give you extra credits to make up for it, but we won't refund your money for downtime.
10. Who Owns What
The Reelup.AI name and logo belong to us. Everything you create using Reelup.AI is yours—we don't claim ownership.
